To say ‘the map’ doesn’t mean much when you are talking about a website filled with maps of the Salton Sea and the surrounding area.
But this map is special. This was drawn by Helen Burns herself!
A friend of the website received this from Donna Burns Kennedy and many months ago offered it to me, as my home has become something of a museum. I promptly scanned it and I am delighted to own it and to be able to share it with you here! It is mentioned in Queen of the Salton Sea:
